Meet our Board of Directors

Jason Bendjy - Two time NCAA lacrosse champion. Jason has been coaching since graduating from Limestone two decades ago. His rolls are many as he has taken the helm of this new program along with the title President.

Matthew Sawyer - Loyola NCAA lacrosse champion who once put up 6 goals against Duke. He is raising the next generation of little scoopers. Matt the hype man is co chairing the VP seat with his former state champion teammate from Charlotte Catholic.

Danny Reyes - ECU collegiate defensive lacrosse player who has gone on to coach at every level. Danny’s lacrosse enthusiasm makes him the perfect sponsorship manager. He won back to back state championships with his co chair VP and teammate since 7th grade.

Bridget Bendjy - Four year collegiate lacrosse player at Limestone. Thrilled her three kids have a passion for her favorite sport. Bridget is the head women’s lacrosse coach and is a key asset to operations as CFO.  Thank you to the 100+ children who signed up to play lacrosse for our inaugural season. We are beyond grateful for all the sponsors who believed in our mission to grow the game in Wilmington.

Ellen Maselli - The nonstop lax mom, who’s love for the game grew from her three boys obsession with the sport. Ellen’s resume/titles expand daily; chief technology officer, chief information officer, and secretary. No task is too complicated for her to tackle.

Thank you to the 100+ children who signed up to play lacrosse for our inaugural season. We are beyond grateful for all the sponsors who believed in our mission to grow the game in Wilmington.
